Facilities Information Analyst

Job Description
Corteva Agriscience?, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont? is recruiting for a Facilities Information Analyst to join our team in Johnston, Iowa. This position
works alongside another Facilities Information Analyst and is jointly responsible for management and overall development of Facility Services & Real Estate (FS&RE) IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System). This role supports the efforts of FS&RE to gather and maintain facilities data, which is imperative for making decisions for strategic space planning, reducing employee risks, and controlling facilities costs. In this role, you will manage large amounts of facility data and assist in development of measures and reports which allow management to analyze and forecast facility usage needs.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Database Management
Ensure accurate database updates and processes to support:
Space Planning / Move Management by Facilities Interiors Group
Real Estate Team
Package Delivery and Workplace Services
Facility Chargebacks by FS&RE and Finance
SharePoint Sites
Ensure electronic drawings meet agreed upon standards. Work with outside vendors/consultants to perform database changes that enhance performance and maintain integrity of the database. Work with management and project managers to develop and improve business processes supported by the system.
Systems Administration
Oversee development of CAD/database to meet the needs of management goals and processes. Evaluate and oversee installation of Facilities Management related software and upgrades. Modify system to the extent necessary to provide consistent interface to the end user. Customization requires expert knowledge and understanding of programming languages and database structures and principles. Review and maintain security for FS&RE directories.
Reporting and Information Distribution
Administer FS&RE Facilities Information website to deliver facilities data to the appropriate audience. Publish other reports and documents from the system as requested by project managers to support space planning, move management, real estate etc.
IT Business Liaison for FS&RE
Provide tips, communicate updates from IT, and coordinate IT support efforts for all of FS&RE. Consult, coordinate and support implementation of technology initiatives driven by FS&RE business requirements and corporate strategy.
Job Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Experience:
Certification in AutoCAD (current version) and AutoCAD system installation and configuration knowledge preferred
Background in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS) or related field.
Strong programming language skills in AutoLISP, SQL, HTML, SQL Server Reporting Services.
Experience in Project Management and Windows Server Infrastructure is preferred.
Experience with IWMS (CAFM) systems, understanding of IFMA/BOMA Measuring Office Space Standards, and U.S. National CAD Standards.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access.
Experience with SharePoint including forms, workflows, lists, libraries, and permissions.
Ability to assimilate technological skill and understanding and communicate to others through one-on-one and group training sessions.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to work with individual and groups with diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work independently, establishing and reaching work-related goals and deadlines.
Ability to coordinate with severalwork groups with various levels of technical expertise.
Ability to meet unexpected requests and manage multiple priorities.
Ensure user documentation is kept current by creating/maintaining data flows, maps, system and training materials.
Provide contact service between end-users and technical system support (alliance partners, vendors, and work team), and coordinate all inquiries and issues accurately and promptly.
Minimum of three (3) years facilities industry or related experience.
B.S. Degree and Six Sigma Green Belt Certified or equivalent experience.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
